All custom orders are created specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Correct spelling

• Design details

• Sizes

• Colors

• Quantities

• Order specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before production begins.

3. Artwork & Design Approval

By submitting artwork, customers confirm they have permission or ownership rights to use the images, logos, names, and designs provided.

C&C Custom Prints & Apparel is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to customer-submitted artwork.

Once artwork or order details are approved, changes may not be possible after production has started.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, order size, and current workload. Estimated production times do not include shipping time.

Delays caused by incomplete information, customer approval delays, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of C&C Custom Prints & Apparel.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by C&C Custom Prints & Apparel.
