Thank you for choosing C&C Custom Prints & Apparel! We take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and printing products made specifically for our customers.

Custom Orders

Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, all custom apparel, personalized items, DTF transfers, and gang sheets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake or defect caused by C&C Custom Prints & Apparel.

Please carefully review:

• Design details

• Spelling

• Sizes

• Colors

• Quantities

• Order information

before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, sizing, and order details before production begins. C&C Custom Prints & Apparel is not responsible for errors after customer approval.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not started. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
