Processing & Production Times

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Estimated Production Times:

• DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets: 3–5 business days

• Custom Apparel Orders: 7–14 business days

• Bulk Orders: Production times may vary depending on quantity and project details

Production time begins after payment is received and all artwork, details, and approvals have been finalized.

Shipping Times

Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping options may be available at checkout

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of C&C Custom Prints & Apparel’s control are not the responsibility of the company.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. C&C Custom Prints & Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Local Pickup

Local pickup options may be available. Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.

Rush Orders

Need your order faster? Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on current production capacity. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
